"Victory rice paddle (shamoji)" (1)
In 2023, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida visited Ukraine.
Prime Minister Kishida presented a "victory" rice paddle to Ukrainian President Zelensky.
On social media, people paid attention to the box of Umaibo, but according to an interview with a government official, the contents of the box were a 50 cm "rice scoop" made in Miyajima, Hiroshima Prefecture, the Prime Minister's hometown. Moreover, the letter addressed to Zelensky had the word "victory" and the signature of "Fumio Kishida".
The rice scoop is a lucky charm for winning, derived from the Japanese word for "eat" and "capture" an enemy.
Such paddles were historically used to pray for Japan's victory in the Russo-Japanese and Sino-Japanese Wars., soldiers heading to the battlefield donated many rice scoops.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
