*Идеальный рецепт для тех, у кого АБКМ или в холодильнике просто нет молока или кефира.
Ингредиенты: Вода (кипяток) 0,5 л Яйца С1 2 шт Мука пшеничная 180 г Сахар 2 ст.л. (количество сахара можно регулировать) Соль щепотка Сода 1/2 ч.л. Масло растительное 2 ст.л.
Приготовление: в глубокую миску залить кипяток, добавить соду, соль, сахар, перемешать венчиком и дать остыть на несколько градусов. Когда пар из миски не идёт - добавить яйца и просеянную муку. Замесить тесто без комочков и добавить растительное масло. Тесто готово 🔥
Выпекать блинчики на хорошо разогретой сковороде, слегка смазанной растительным маслом/ГХИ/кокосовым.
Для данных блинчиков подойдёт любая начинка, как сладкая, так и несладкая. Мы сегодня кушали блинчики, начиненные творогом с изюмом.
