Сообщается, что нефть поставлена из провинций Хасеке и Дейр-эз-Зор на основе исправленного варианта соглашения между правительством Асада и курдскими властями.
По словам Сулеймана, изменения коснулись статей сделки, «служивших интересам лиц, связанных с режимом Асада».
