Все три иска просили суд отменить постановление ЦИК о том, что дополнительные избирательные участки не будут открываться, и содержали просьбы об открытии дополнительных избирательных участков, в частности, в Испании, Италии, Франции и США.
Суд по-отдельности рассмотрел все иски. Инициаторами выступили «Единое национальное движение», Международное общество за справедливые выборы и демократию и бывший судья Бесо Алавидзе.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
