Еще один любопытный передел собственников. 40% разреза "Кийзасский", которые раньше принадлежали кипрской Hillestrato Investments Limited, перешли Росимуществу.
Как видно по фото, еще почти 50% все так же принадлежит кипрской Allevia Investments Limited. 9,99% остается за ПГК, а еще 0,03% долей находится во владении Элэмдаблю Шиппинг Сервис Лимитед.
Напомним, ранее "Кийзасский" входил в состав "Сибантрацита". Но в мае прошлого года разрез был предусмотрительно выведен за периметр группы – ПГК продали "Строймедиагрупп". Этой же компании сейчас принадлежит 99,9% ООО "УК "Разрез Кийзасский".
