В Амурской области создали единую систему управления территориями опережающего развития
🗺Территории опережающего развития (ТОР) «Белогорск», «Приамурская» и «Свободный» преобразованы в единую ТОР «Амурская». Постановление об этом подписал Михаил Мишустин.
🔺Решение позволит усовершенствовать систему управления ТОР и повысить эффективность инвестиционной среды в Приамурье.
Компании, работающие в объединившихся ТОР, имеют различную специализацию:
🥬Для резидентов «Белогорска» это агробизнес и производство продуктов. Общий объем их инвестиций превышает 4,4 млрд рублей, при этом было создано 857 рабочих мест.
🚚Компании – резиденты ТОР «Приамурская» работают в сфере логистики. Они инвестировали в свои проекты свыше 3,4 млрд рублей и создали более 500 рабочих мест.
🧱Направление деятельности в «Свободном» – газохимия и производство стройматериалов. Здесь было привлечено более 1,2 трлн рублей инвестиций, а число созданных рабочих мест превысило 4,6 тыс.
