В случае приостановки операций обвиняемый или подозреваемый не сможет пополнить счет, снять наличные или закрыть счет. Но такая приостановка операций с денежными средствами на счете не повлечет за собой их автоматического изъятия в бюджет РФ.
Ранее сообщалось, что эту меру предлагается ввести с 1 сентября 2025 года.
Законопроект уже прошел согласование Минюста РФ, СК, ФСБ, Генпрокуратуры, Минфина, Минцифры и Росфинмониторинга. @fatcat18
