Hintergrund: Durch die #twitterfiles ist das Prinzip bekannt: Pharmafirmen fordern die Regierung um Löschung von Beiträgen oder Kanälen auf. Die Regierung übt über ihre Dienste (🇺🇸: FBI und CIA, 🇩🇪: BND und VS) Druck auf die Plattformen aus, die sich beugen.
Google beanstandet eine Stelle mit einem RKI-Protokoll. Das Verfahren wird teuer, und sein Ausgang ist fraglich, denn Google verbietet kategorisch alle Beiträge, die gegen Verlautbarungen von WHO und RKI verstoßen. Ich zeige zwar amtliche RKI-Protokolle, doch verstoßen deren Inhalte gegen die RKI-Verlautbarungen, darin liegt ja gerade ihre Bedeutung.
Zusammen mit der Videolöschung hat mir Google eine Warnung erteilt. Bei der dritten Warnung wird der gesamte Kanal homburgshintergrund gelöscht.

In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
