Соответствующие изменения внесены изменены 12 декабря 2024 года.
Согласно данным Rusprofile, еще 49% с 12 декабря 2024 года принадлежит АО "Балтийский аграрный комплекс" и 1% "Национальной газовой группе". Руководителем этих организаций является Константин Махов — топ-менеджер "Русгаздобычи".
ФАС разрешила "Газпрому" приобрести 50% долю в дочерней компании "Русгаздобычи" — "Балтийский химический комплекс" — еще в начале 2022 года.
БХК является частью Комплекса по переработке этансодержащего газа, строящегося в Усть-Луге. Предприятие будет производить до 3 млн тонн различных марок полиэтилена в год.
Из-за санкций сроки реализации проекта и ввода в эксплуатацию существенно сдвинулись с изначально запланированных 2023-2024 гг.
