SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the βNullify Occupational Safety and Health Administration Actβ or the βNOSHA Actβ.
SEC. 2. IN GENERAL.
The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 is repealed. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is abolished.
