Согласно данной статье, виновные лица могут быть привлечены к ответственности, начиная от штрафа размером до 80 тысяч рублей и заканчивая лишением свободы сроком до трех лет. На текущий момент обстоятельства происшествия выясняются, окончательное решение будет принято по итогам проверки.

"A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
