В правительстве Курской области продолжаются кадровые перестановки. Хинштейн сообщил, что назначил своим помощником Светлану Дроздову (на фото 1). Она займется в том числе вопросами строительной отрасли, помощью переселенцам. Дроздова работала в Самарской области советником губернатора.

Четвертым советником Александра Хинштейна стала Елена Атанова. Как нетрудно догадаться, тоже из Самары. Там она была первым заместителем главы города.
