В сентября я устроила себе челлендж до своего дня рождения выполнить 2 цели. И теперь у меня 1 000 любимых подписчиков, даже успела раньше.
Такой способ очень мотивирует на действия.
Как это сделать?
1️⃣ Поставить цель.
2️⃣ Выбрать дату, до какого числа ее нужно осуществить. Лучше, чтобы дата была для вас значимой. В моем случае - это юбилей.
3️⃣ Рассказать о своих планах публично. И вот тут кроется самый главный мотор. Если мы эту цель не сделаем, то будем в глазах аудитории просто балаболами. А мы то с вами огонь, такого мы не можем допустить. Поэтому поджимаем булочки и делаем все, чтобы добиться результата.

The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world.
