Вокруг ЖК "Режиссер" (Москва, район Ростокино) от ФСК (Владимир Воронин) продолжаются судебные тяжбы. Местные жители совместно с муниципальными депутатами пытаются оспорить решение суда о признании действительными публичных слушаний по застройке бывшей территории киностудии им. Горького.
Сейчас на ней идет строительство трех высотных дома. Местные жители считают, что близлежащие здания ВГИК и киностудии могут пострадать. Да и вообще ЖК портит вид всему району.
Депутат Ольга Кравчук утверждает, что места в зале, где проводилось общественные слушания, могли занимать специально нанятые люди, поэтому жители района не смогли попасть в зал. Иначе бы проголосовали против.
Отметим, что ЖК бизнес-класса, но район очень беден на инфраструктуру. Под боком ВДНХ, но до ближайшего продуктового магазина почти километр. Со школами, поликлиниками и детскими садами дела обстоят не лучше.
