Любимая закуска к мясу всей нашей семьи. Когда жарим шашлык, всегда готовим ее. Все максимально просто:
Ингредиенты: ▫️3 баклажана среднего размера ▫️3 помидора ▫️3 болгарских перца ▫️2-3 зубчика чеснока ▫️соль, перец по вкусу ▫️зелень по желанию
Моем все овощи, баклажану отрезаем хвостик, нанизываем на шампуры, жарим на мангале до готовности. (Есть альтернативный вариант готовки в духовке: все тоже моем, прокалываем вилкой и в духовку при 200С до готовности(минут 15-20).
Очищаем от кожуры овощи, режем мелко, смешиваем. Чеснок трём на мелкой тёрке, добавляем соль, перец, зелень по вкусу.
