Двухполосный 275-метровый путепровод проложат через железнодорожные пути в районе Выездного. Он будет включать подъезды протяженностью 750 метров. Эти дороги станут обходом Арзамаса и помогут решить проблему пробок в Арзамасском районе. Также изменения поспособствуют развитию туризма в историческом городе.
