Судебный спор вокруг обустройства экологической тропы отложен
Определением Арбитражного суда РС(Я) от 24.12.2024 отложено на 28.01.2025 судебное заседание по делу №А58-7745/2024 об обязании выполнить работы в рамках госконтракта по обустройству экологической тропы на территории национального парка «Ленские столбы» для обеспечения доступа неопределённого круга лиц согласно нацпроекту «Экология». Напомним, ФГБУ «Национальный парк «Ленские столбы» обратился в арбитражный суд с исковым заявлением, в котором просил суд обязать ООО «СеверТехДор» окончить работы по госконтракту. Ответчик заявил встречный иск об обязании внести изменения и включить в сводный сметный расчет стоимости строительства по госконтракту дополнительные виды работ, материалы, объемы. В судебном заседании представитель истца попросил предоставить время для ознакомления со встречным иском и формирования правовой позиции.
