Основанием для иска послужило то, что пенсия была назначена студентке в сентябре 2020 года на период её обучения в Санкт-Петербургском государственном архитектурно-строительном университете. При подаче заявления ответчица была зарегистрирована в Якутске, соответственно размер ежемесячной страховой пенсии включал районный коэффициент 1.4.
