2025 год Президентом Российской Федерации объявлен Годом защитника Отечества. В Амурской области запланировано множество мероприятий, посвященных памятным датам Великой Отечественной войны, 80-летнему юбилею Победы, а также военно-патриотическому воспитанию молодежи. Одно из важнейших событий — запуск региональной программы «Герои своего времени», которая является аналогом федерального проекта «Время Героев».
Цель программы — подготовить будущих руководителей органов исполнительной власти и муниципалитетов, общественных организаций и бизнеса. Бойцы на передовой уже подтвердили свои компетенции в управлении, умении принимать решения и нести ответственность.
Уверен, что региональная программа поможет нашим Героям получить дополнительные знания и реализовать себя в мирное время, а нам позволит усилить управленческую команду области сильными и верными нашей стране людьми. Опыт бойцов неоценим!

The S&P 500 fell 1.3% to 4,204.36, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 0.7% to 32,943.33. The Dow posted a fifth straight weekly loss — its longest losing streak since 2019. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
