Теперь сотрудников предприятия, входящего в состав "Ростеха", смогут без их согласия привлекать к сверхурочной работе — в будни их рабочий день может быть продлен, также сотрудников УВЗ смогут вызывать на работу по выходным. При этом на УВЗ обещают, что переработки рабочим будут оплачивать в двойном размере.
