A federal judge in New York City has ruled that Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil cannot be deported while the court reviews the lawsuit challenging his detention.

Trump threatened to deport him as the first known action against students supporting Gaza and condemning Israel's war.

On Saturday night, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents arrested Khalil for leading pro-Palestine protests at Columbia University in 2024.
The Houthis in Yemen are warning shippers that "any Israeli vessel" travelling through four locations will be targeted.

The statement follows a four-day deadline set by the group for Israel to resume aid shipments into Gaza.

The Houthis added that the "ban will remain in effect until the crossings to the Gaza Strip are reopened and humanitarian aid, including food and medical supplies, is allowed to enter".

Houthis had launched more than 100 attacks targeting shipping from November 2023, saying they were in solidarity with Palestinians over Israel’s genocide in Gaza.

A Jewish activist condemns Israeli war crimes against the Palestinian people, stating that Netanyahu does not represent the Jewish people. He also emphasizes that Zionism is used to justify the slaughter and expulsion of Palestinians.
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has strongly condemned the Israeli-imposed siege in Gaza, which is depriving Palestinians of basic services and critical supplies.

“Israeli authorities are yet again normalizing the use of aid as a negotiation tool,” said Myriam Laaroussi, MSF emergency coordinator.

“Humanitarian aid should never be used as a bargaining chip in war. The blockade on all supplies is inevitably hurting hundreds of thousands of people and is having deadly consequences.”

UNICEF reports that 90% of Gaza's population are in need of water and they can't even access the simple amounts of it.

During the war, according to Oxfam, Israel has destroyed all water wells and pipelines in northern Gaza Strip. In Rafah, over 90% of water wells and reservoirs are damaged or destroyed.

The destruction of water infrastructure and the paralysis of vital networks has mitigated the Strip's ability to produce water, reaching less than 5% of pre-war capacity. This resulted in a desperate scene where people plead for water in the streets, and parents forego drinking so their children can have the little that remains.

Some children are walking miles just to fill a single jerrycan, Oxfam said. Now that people have found no drinkable water, they are left with no choice but to drink contaminated water, thick with disease.

Israel's thirst-inducing policy not only attacked the water infrastructure, but in many cases it bombed out thirsty people while gathering around water distribution point.

The West Bank division of the Israeli army and the Air Force, alongside security officials in the colonial settlements, are preparing a target list for airstrikes, citing the need to prevent a potential attack similar to the October 7th attack from the West Bank, according to Israeli daily Israel Hayom.

This comes despite the fact that the entire area of the West Bank is under direct Israeli military rule, where the Israeli army has a free hand to any location across the occupied territory.

Further Israeli military reinforcements storm the city of Tulkarm, as the Israeli army continues its wide-scale onslaught on the city and particularly its two refugee camps for the seventh week in a row.
Speaking to Reshet Bet public radio, Israeli Minister Idit Silman called for the mass expulsion of Gaza residents, describing it as the only solution and labeling the idea as “realistic.”

According to Haaretz, Silman also asserted that the Netanyahu government would reestablish a settlement in the Gaza Strip, specifically referencing Gush Katif, a former settlement bloc dismantled in 2005.

"There’s no question about it. It could be in single-family homes or Trump-style towers, but we will definitely go back."

Silman's comments add to a growing list of Israeli officials making genocidal statements that align with calls for ethnic cleansing in Gaza, providing evidence of genocidal intent.
