100 g mildes frisches Sauerkraut 100 g geschälte Grapefruit (entspricht ca. einer Fruchthälfte) 1 Birne 1 TL Nussöl Zubereitung:
Sauerkraut in den Mixer geben. Grapefruithälfte in Stücke schneiden. Birne putzen, zerkleinern, alles mit Sauerkraut und Öl pürieren. Smoothie evtl. mit etwas Wasser verdünnen.
So tut er gut Milchsäurebakterien im Sauerkraut bringen die Verdauung auf Trab, tragen so zum Aufbau einer gesunden Darmflora bei. Mit Vitamin B 6 macht das Kraut zudem die Eiweißverdauung zum Kinderspiel für den Körper.
