500 ml Pflanzenmilch ungesüßt 60 g dunkle vegane Schokolade 60 g Speisestärke 60 g Zucker (Menge nach Geschmack, oder Alternative deiner Wahl)
Ungefähr ⅓ von der 500 ml Pflanzenmilch mit Stärke gut verrühren und beiseite stellen. Die Restliche Pflanzenmilch+Schoki+Zucker in einem Topf langsam erhitzen und rühren, die Milch sollte nicht anbrennen. Kurz vorm Siedepunkt die Stärke unter kräftigen Rühren eingießen. Schön weiterrühren bis es eindickt Und sofort in Gläschen umfüllen.
Man kann den Pudding abkühlen lassen oder warm genießen.
