1 Packung Frischkäse 1 Packung Mager-Quark 100 g Butter Gewürze nach Geschmack: Salz Pfeffer Paprikapulver süss Knoblauch(salz)
Alle Zutaten bis auf die Gewürze miteinander vermengen bis eine homogene Creme entsteht. Danach abschmecken mit den Gewürzen. Die Creme sollte eine leicht rosa Farbe aufweisen durch das Paprikapulver.
Dazu passen sehr gut Laugenbrezeln - gerne noch warm aus dem Ofen.
