Wird wie Arnikatee zubereitet, nur das die gewonnene Flüssigkeit nach dem Abkühlen auf ein Leinentuch geträufelt wird. Das Tuch dann abtropfen lassen und auf die schmerzende Körperstelle legen. Mit einem Handtuch bedecken und nach einer halben Stunde entfernen. Sind keine frischen Blüten vorhanden, kann auch 1/2 L abgekochtes Wasser mit 1 EL Arnika-Tinktur verwendet werden.
