Санкт-Петербургский городской суд вынес постановление по уголовному делу в отношении Александра Сухарева, обвиняемого в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.1 ст.222, п.з ч.2 ст.105 УК РФ.
В ходе предварительного слушания в суд поступило ходатайство начальника пункта отбора на военную службу по контракту, в котором последний ходатайствовал о приостановлении производства по уголовному делу и об отмене меры пресечения в отношении Сухарева. Данное ходатайство мотивировано тем, что подсудимый заключил контракт о прохождении военной службы в период мобилизации в ВС РФ. Он признан годным и принят к военной службе по контракту.
Суд ходатайство удовлетворил. Производство по уголовному делу в отношении Сухарева приостановил, меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу отменил.
Сухарев передан уполномоченному воинскому должностному лицу.
