Калининский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу Магомеду Юсупову, обвиняемому в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст.213 УК РФ.
Следствие полагает, что не позднее 23.08 25.01.2025 Пиров, Садиров, Юсупов и еще 1 лицо, действуя группой лиц, осознавая противоправность и общественную опасность своих действий, находясь у д. 6 по ул. Лабораторной в Калининскому районе г. СПб, грубо нарушили общественный порядок, высказывались грубой нецензурной бранью, а также нанесли обутыми ногами и руками не менее 1 удара в область головы, туловища, верхних и нижних конечностей потерпевшего Н. и иных неустановленных лиц.
28.01.2025 Юсупов был задержан. 20.01.2025 ему было предъявлено обвинение.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
