Дзержинский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга вынес постановление об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Ирины Андреевой, обвиняемой в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.4 ст.159 УК РФ.
Следствие полагает, что с ноября 2015 по май 2016 Андреева, будучи заместителем директора по экономике и финансам ФГУП "Специальное конструкторско-технологическое бюро "Технолог", используя свое служебное положение, совместно с Калининой и Шелудченко, путем злоупотребления доверием сотрудников Министерства науки и высшего образования РФ, похитили денежные средства, принадлежащие ФГУП, на общую сумму не менее 16 125 626.01 рублей.
25.02.2025 Андреевой предъявлено обвинение. Вину в инкриминируемом ей преступлении Андреева не признала. У суда просила более мягкую меру.
