Красногвардейский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга избрал меру пресечения в виде заключения под стражу действующему адвокату Виталию Григорьеву, обвиняемому в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных п.б ч.4 ст.132, п.в ч.2 ст.242.2 УК РФ, в отношении несовершеннолетней потерпевшей 2017 г.р.

Процесс проходил в закрытом режиме.

27.02.2025 Григорьев был задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ и ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину не признал.

Григорьев возражал, указав, что проживает один, отдельно от ребенка. По поводу фотографий, где ребенок голый, пояснил, что такие фотографии у всех в детстве есть, злого умысла у него не было. Просил домашний арест.

Срок меры - 18.04.2025.
