Проваленный на корню нацпроект "Оздоровление Волги" - это всего лишь 127 млрд из этой лавины денег (200 млрд со средствами регионов). Лишь малая часть одного из этих двенадцати - нацпроекта "Экология". Но даже эта малая часть крайне важна для 60 млн человек, чья жизнь связана с Волгой. Но несмотря на это - все развалено или разворовано.
Беда в том, что парламентским контролем была досконально проверена лишь эта самая малая часть.

An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
