Суддя Нью-Йорка Хуан Мерчан у пʼятницю, 10 січня, присудив обраному президенту США покарання у вигляді "безумовного звільнення" у справі про плату за мовчання порноакторці Стормі Деніелс.
Такий вид покарання означає, що Трампу не присудили увʼязнення, випробувального терміну чи штрафу.
Водночас у нього залишиться формальна судимість, тож 47-ий президент США стане першим в історії країни президентом, засудженим за кримінальний злочин.
АПД. Суддя заявив, що будь-яке покарання заважало б виконанню Трампом обов’язків президента, але уточнив, що це не скасовує серйозності вчинених злочинів.

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
