Прошелся по большинству российских компаний и отобрал тех, кто еще не вырос. Вероятно у них есть проблемы с ростом, по ним больше ударили санкции или имеют другие проблемы. Но, соответственно, зато они имеют и больший потенциал, если для них ситуация изменится. Итак... Некоторые компании из списка убрал: QIWI, Детский мир, Полиметал

Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
