Департамент строительства мэрии Новосибирска обсудит изменение нормативов по парковкам у жилых домов после предложения областной прокуратуры.
«Площадками для обсуждения станет общественный экспертный совет при мэре по вопросам градостроительства и Региональный деловой клуб строителей», — уточнили в пресс-центре администрации.
Ранее прокуратура предложила мэру Максиму Кудрявцеву («Единая Россия») изменить правила землепользования и застройки в части «гостевых парковок» при возведении жилья, установив, что их должно быть не менее 10% от общего количества машиномест. По данным ведомства, сейчас их не более 3-5%.
