It's been over a year since Bez joined forces of resistance himself, and now his newly formed unit needs your help.
Here is what Bez wrote to us:
‘Hello, I'm Bez, an anarchist who has been helping anti-authoritarian fighters at the beginning of the full-scale invasion. For more than a year now, I myself have been fighting in the Defence Forces. I just joined the newly created unit to counter enemy UAVs. Even though our team is new, we are already performing combat missions in Donetsk region. But as is the case with new units, we lack a lot of things. Most of all, we need the pick-up truck. We need your support - help us save lives!’
So, without delay, we are launching a fundraising campaign for 10,000 euros. We ask for your support.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice.
