Набсовет «Совета рынка» утвердил регламент одностороннего отказа энергокомпаний от реализации проектов КОММод. Изначально по условиям программы модернизации за отказ от проектов был предусмотрен штраф в размере 25% от стоимости поставки мощности в течение 48 месяцев. Согласно принятым правкам, для расчёта штрафа будет применяться понижающий коэффициент. «Для проектов с запуском до 2026 года размер штрафов снизится до 45% от первоначальной величины, после 2026 года – до 30%», – пояснили в ассоциации. Механизм отказа от проектов заработает после выхода соответствующего постановления правительства.
