Кировский районный суд арестовал Владислава Постникова на 14 суток за демонстрацию экстремистской символики (маленького логотипа запрещенной в России организации) в посте 2021 года, где он писал о фейковых роликах про выборы.
Сам Владислав не признал свою вину. Журналист считает, что дело было инициировано, чтобы сорвать его лекцию. Адвокат требовал прекратить дело за отсутствием состава преступления.
«Найти пост четырехлетней давности, который бы никто, кроме них, не увидел бы...» — комментировал он ситуацию во время перерыва в судебном заседании.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
