◽️به منظور مدیریت مصرف انرژی و در اجرای پیشنهاد کارگروه انرژی استان و موافقت سرپرست استانداری، خاتمه کار کلیه ادارات استان (به استثنای دستگاه‌های خدماتی، امدادی و عملیاتی) در روز چهارشنبه ۳ مرداد، ساعت ۱۲ ظهر تعیین می‌شود.
◽️ همچنین فعالیت ادارات در روز پنج‌شنبه ۴ مرداد به صورت دورکاری خواهد بود.

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
