Сегодня в ходе пресс-конференции в МИА "Россия сегодня" заслуженный профессор МГУ Владимир Ионцев поддержал мое предложение о поддержке семей, особенно студентов, и стимулировании рождаемости среди них.
👉 Владимир Ионцев предложил государству при рождении первого ребенка у студентов оплачивать четверть ипотеки, половину — за рождение второго и полностью "гасить" за рождение третьего ребенка.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
