Как сообщает RadioTavisupleba местные жители в телефонном разговоре рассказали, что трагедия произошла утром 5 января в многодетной семье Чолария. Дети находились дома с бабушкой, которая смогла спастись.
По имеющейся информации, пожар начался из-за вспыхнувшей старой проводки в комнате, где хранился бензин.
«Родители детей уехали в Зугдиди, оставив детей с бабушкой. Произошел сильный взрыв. Бабушка побежала к соседям за помощью, но огонь распространился очень быстро. Вся деревня в трауре», — рассказал житель Гали.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use.
