По ее мнению, эти люди недостаточно социализированы, а потому количество преступлений с их участием может увеличиться.
«Привлечение людей, которые находятся в местах лишения свободы для участия в спецоперации, приведет к тому, что эти люди возвращаться будут (..) Понятно, что они возвращаются не туда, где они находились, они возвращаются в общество. И (...) период социализации, получается, сокращенным у них», — объяснила Останина.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
