Город Хабаровск. Кировский район. Дом №2 по пер. Зеленоборскому. По документам, дом 1858 года постройки - ровесник г. Хабаровска.
Как рассказали жильцы, дом до сих пор не признан аварийным, хотя условия проживания там ужасные.

Под домом круглый год стоит вода. Из-за постоянной сырости грибок разъел стены дома.
Отсутствуют канализация и водопровод. Люди вынуждены собирать талую и дождевую воду, чтобы помыться и постирать. Выгребная яма расположена на пригорке, нечистоты сливаются во двор дома.

Управляющая компания сообщила, что чистить уличный туалет нет технической возможности. Хотя жильцы исправно оплачивают счета ЖКХ, и должников в доме нет.
На вопрос жителей, за что тогда они платят, управляющая компания ответила: за замену лампочек в туалете и подъездах. Но к туалету электричество не подведено, и в доме нет подъездов. На второй этаж ведут отдельные лестницы. Сотрудники скорой отказывается подниматься на второй этаж из-за аварийных лестниц.
