И под этим самым сотрудничеством они подразумевают "кооперацию в мебельной промышленности, сельском хозяйстве, образовании и культуре".
В переводе на русский язык это означает, что местные ВУЗы сильнее набьют узбекскими студентами, а рабочие места отдадут узбекским работягам. И всё это на фоне дополнительных фестивалей плова, конечно же.
