▫️Вот рецепт нежных фрикаделек от бабушки: говядина - 300 гр грудка курицы или индейки - 200 гр лук - половинка небольшой сметана - 2 ст. л овсяные хлопья - 1-2 ст. л.
Всё взбить блендером, скатать фрикадельки. Мясо может быть любое.
Алиса очень любит такой обед. А я люблю готовить его из бабулиных заготовок - варить 5 минут, добавить любой гарнир - кушать подано!
Или можно сварить супчик. Очень выручает, когда нет времени👍
