Это образовательный проект, охватывающий средние школы столицы Банги и близлежащих провинций, на которых подрастающему поколению страны рассказывалось о России, и в целом, — в мультимедийном формате школьникам давались основные знания о географии, природе, истории и культуре стран и народов мира и самого ЦАР.
Самое интересное, что эти уроки находили отклик и продолжение уже в самой России. Также в проект входили культурные и спортивные мероприятия для детей ЦАР, и поездки в саму Россию (в лагерь «Артек»).
