Республика Молдова опередила в международном рейтинге по уровню коэффициента интеллекта (IQ) своих соседей - Румынию и Украину.

Молдова расположилась на 63 месте с показателем 97.42, в то время как Румыния на 76-м с показателем 96.43, а Украина на 78-м с 95.55.

Первые три места рейтинга заняли Китай (107.43), Иран (106.63) и Южная Корея (106.57).

Россия заняла шестое место (103.31), также в первой десятке из постсоветских государств оказалась Армения (102.64).

Во втором десятке оказались Беларусь на 16-м месте (101.58), Франция на 17-м (101.54) и Италия на 19-м (101.03).

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
