Между подрядчиком и администрацией города Пыть-Яха, которой руководит Александр Морозов, было заключено два муниципальных контракта на выполнение работ по демонтажу аварийных многоквартирных домов на сумму около 500 тыс рублей.
Позже выяснилось, что рекультивация земельных участков была не проведена, участки захламлены строительным мусором, оставшимся от демонтажа домов.
Вместе с тем, чиновники выплатили полную сумму контракта, подписали соответствующие документы и фактически заплатили за невыполненные работы на сумму свыше 100 тыс рублей.
Прокуратура города направила материалы проверки в органы внутренних дел. Сейчас возбуждено уголовное дело мошенничестве.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. For Oleksandra Tsekhanovska, head of the Hybrid Warfare Analytical Group at the Kyiv-based Ukraine Crisis Media Center, the effects are both near- and far-reaching.
