Владимирская область заняла 79 место в рейтинге устойчивости, подготовленном фондом "Петербургская политика" по итогам февраля 2022 года. Она стала единственным регионом в ЦФО, попавшим в группу со слабой устойчивостью.
Рязанская (70 место) и Орловская (75 место) области смогли остаться в группе с пониженной устойчивостью, но потеряли в баллах и могут в дальнейшем скатиться на дно рейтинга. Также в этой категории оказались Липецкая (56), Смоленская (66) и Тамбовская (67) области.
Самым устойчивым регионом страны оказалась Тульская область, набравшая 8,6 балла и занявшая 1 место. В числе лучших оказались Курская (12), Московская (13) и Калужская (15) области, но последняя потеряла в баллах из-за кризиса с мигрантами. Обычно лидирующая в рейтингах Москва заняла 19 место, попав в число регионов со средней устойчивостью.

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
