قال فقيه بلاد اليمن محمد بن علي الشوكاني – رحمه الله – عن الاحتفال بالمولد النبوي في “فتاويه" (٢/ ١٠٨٧-١٠٨٨):
«لم أجد إلى الآن دليلًا يدل على ثبوته من كتاب، ولا سُنة، ولا إجماع، ولا قياس، ولا استدلال. بل أجمع المسلمون: أنَّه لم يوجد في عصر خير القرون، ولا الذين يلونهم، ولا الذين يلونهم. ولم يُنكر أحد مِن المسلمين: أنَّه بدعة».اهـ

Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress.
