Бывший председатель правительства Красноярского края Юрий Лапшин приговорён к 3,5 годам общего режима. Экс-руководитель краевого транспортного управления Константин Мандров получил 10 лет строгого режима.
Приговор огласили в Центральном районном суде Красноярска.
На прошлом судебном заседании гособвинитель запросил для Лапшина шесть лет колонии, для Мандрова - 12 лет.
