Кстати, 85-86 это еще и точка промежуточного равновесия по паутинообразной модели. Так что если вы верите в неоклассику, то мы как раз в зоне более или менее эффективного курса. Хотя по этой модели мы еще на 62 должны были сходить, а потом уже на 85. Но не сходили пока)
